Starting as a Waiter, his dedication and passion for excellence led to his promotion as an Event Supervisor and ultimately as Operations Manager.

With 8 years of invaluable experience at Juan Carlo The Caterer, Michael ventured into freelancing as a Host, eventually founding Michael Castillo Event Management Services. Backed by over 15 years of Hosting and Event Handling experience, his brand has become synonymous with Total Customer Satisfaction and Trust
